Costume Designer and Maker currently based on the outskirts of Liverpool.  Graduate from De Montfort University, where I gained my degree specialising in Fashion and Costume Design and Construction.

 

Upon completing my studies I have been freelancing as a Costume Designer and Maker, whilst at the same time constructing a small online business and building my portfolio.

 

I am interested in costume for theatre, carnival, events, festivals and television. I have enjoyed exploring some of these avenues and have built up skills and knowledge in costume design, costume construction, pattern cutting, fabric manipulation, and millinery.

I love creating character through costume and translating the personality and life of a character through their physical presence on stage or screen. I am always eager to learn new techniques and better myself as a designer.
